    9 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
    8 ounces of Low Fat Cream Cheese
    6 Slices of Center Cut Bacon


Cut jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds and ribs. Evenly divide light cream cheese and stuff pepper halves. Cut bacon strips into three even pieces and wrap each piece around a pepper half. Place on a rack in a roasting pan and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until peppers are done. Makes six servings of three peppers each.
