Ingredients

    1 dash Pepper, black
    0.75 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    0.25 tsp Salt
    .75 clove Garlic
    1.5 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 fl oz Water, tap

Tips

Cook over medium heat and avoid burning garlic. If broccoli is cooking too fast--add a little water (1 oz. tap water) to the pan to steam cook the broccoli.

Directions

Wash broccoli and cut off any tough stalks. Chop stalks and put aside as these take longer to cook than the florets. Saute olive oil and garlic. Add in chopped stalks, cooking for 3 minutes until slightly soft. Add florets and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes more. Season.
