Introduction

This is a nice, refreshing, hot weather light snack. I sometimes have it as breakfast.

As an added bonus, it is two fruit servings.

Ingredients

    1/4 c. unsweetened frozen blackberries
    1/4 c. unsweetened frozen blueberries
    1/8 c. unsweetened frozen strawberries
    1/8 c. unsweetened frozen raspberries
    1 scoop protein shake mix, Vanilla
    1/4 c. black coffee ( you could use tea or water)
    4 oz. Plain Light Soy milk

Directions

makes 2 servings ~ 4 oz.

Place ingredients in a blender or bullet cup. Pulse several times until smooth.
