756 gram(s) Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes (1/4 cup)
10 tbsp Tomato Paste, Muir Glen Organic, 2 Tbsp (33g), Sept 2013
142 grams Onions, raw
6 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
142 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
1 serving Jalepeno Pepper- 1 pepper (by SRATERMAN)
2 tsp Cumin (ground)
2 tbsp Tone's Granulated Garlic (by LEXPAUL)
6 tsp Penzey Granulated Toasted Onion (by CARLY783)
3 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
2 tbsp Parsley, dried
12 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
9 tsp Basil, dried ground (by MELISSA_X0)
Tips
You may also like to add 2 cups of diced mushrooms.
Directions
Saute Onion and garlic in Pam with water or Bragg Liquid Aminos
Combine Tomato Paste, Crushed Tomato, & Tomato Puree in pot
Mix in the diced onion and minced garlic mixture
Start cooking on medium heat.
*NOTE: Add up to 2 cups of boiling water as needed to get the consistency you want during the whole cooking process.
Add diced red pepper & jalapeno pepper and stir
Stir in 1/4 cup Oregano
Add spices: Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Paprika, Cayenne, Basil, & Parsley
Once sauce starts bubbling, cover and turn down to a simmer for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 20 1/2 cup servings
