Ingredients

    4.0 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g)
    3.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    5.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Oregano, ground

Directions

Chop head of cauliflower fine or process in food processor. Microwave 5 min. Put in a towel or cheesecloth & squeeze out all liquid. Let cool a few min. Preheat oven to 450. Mix all ingredients till it starts to kind of stick together. Dump on sprayed parchment paper & spread. Bake 15 min, flip it, bake 5 more min. Remove & cool for a few min, b4 adding toppings. Add your toppings and bake 10 min or until cheese is melted.
