This is a great recipe for a dip to bring to a party or social gathering. I also love it on chicken tacos for a lean healthy meal option. Ingredients

    1 mango or 6-8 slices of fresh precut mango, chopped
    1/2 of a red bell pepper, diced
    1 small red onion, diced
    1/2 cup canned sweet corn, drained
    1/2 cup rinsed and drained black beans
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1-3 tbsp cilantro

Directions

Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup per serving

Combine the Mango, bell pepper, red onion, corn, black beans, salt, pepper and lime juice and mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes so flavors can combine.

Stir in cilantro and refrigerate until ready to eat or serve immediately! The more time it sits the more the flavors combine.
