Ingredients

    1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
    1 serving Shrimps (11 shrimps)
    85 gram(s) (3/4 cup), angel hair pasta or capellini
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayo
    1 serving Snow Pea Pods (10)

Tips

If desired, mushrooms can be sauteed with the pepper.


Directions

Remove shells from raw shrimp or use precooked shrimp. Cook pasta until al dente, add shrimp and pea pods to pasta pot during last 5 minutes of cooking. Saute peppers. Drain pasta, shrimp and pea pods then add heated vegetable broth, mayo, peppers and garlic powder. Toss and serve with grated cheese.
