Ingredients

    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    3.5 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    2 tbsp Maple Syrup
    2 tbsp Lakanto Maple Flavored Syrup (by DUANEHUNTER1)
    1 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract (by LMDAY7)
    2 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    .25 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)

Tips

May need to adjust cooking time depending on how you like the consisency.


Directions

Mash banana and mix with pumpkin and other wet ingredients. Blend oats into oat flour. Mix dry ingredients, then mix with the wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Put in muffin tin and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or so.
