    4 Gilbert Caprese Sausage Links, sliced.
    2 Zucchini made into noodles
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt


Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Using a vegetable spiralizer, cut zucchini into noodles. Place olive oil on a skillet and saute zoodles until excess moisture evaporates. Remove the zoodles from the pan and set on paper towels. Slice sausages and brown in skillet over medium heat with olive oil until heated through. Place zoodles in a bowl and top with sausage. Serve with your favorite red sauce or with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. I recommend Quick Italian Marinara Sauce: No Sugar Added recipe. Serving Size: 2 servings
