    2/3 c Fat Free Ranch Dressing
    1 Tbl Garlic Powder
    2/3 c Breadcrumbs
    1 Tbl Grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp Fresh Parsley; chopped
    1/8 tsp Paprika
    4 6-ounce Whitefish Fillets
    2 Tbl Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 450øF. Pour ranch dressing in a bowl, season with a few dashes of garlic powder. Combine next 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip fish into ranch dressing, then lightly coat with breadcrumb mixture. Arrange fish in a lightly oiled baking dish. Drizzle oil over top. Bake about 8 minutes, until fish is lightly browned. Turn and bake another 5 minutes or until golden.
I have also used Talipa and other types of fish.
