    1 package, 4 servings, Green Giant riced Veggies Cauliflower & Broccoli
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 clove Garlic. minced or chopped
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Finely Shredded Cheese


Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring. Add riced veggies and stir. Cook an additional 6-8 minutes until veggies are hot and have tenderized. Remove from heat. Add cheeses and stir. Serve immediately.
