Ingredients

1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    1 stick Butter, salted
.5 tsp Better than Bullion (Chicken) (by MANGYCOYOTE)
    7 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
1 cup Cheese (Kraft Shredded Parmesan, Romano, Asiago)

Directions

Cut up a head of cauliflower and place in a 9x11 Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle half of the cheese blend over the cauliflower.
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter under medium heat.
Add coconut flour, 1Tbls at a time, whisking in between for 30 seconds. It’s going to thicken up very quickly so then you’ll
slowly add the bullion & heavy cream, taking turns, and whisking the entire time and as you keep adding those liquids, it will thin out. Add the Garam Masala and stir to mix,
then add the remaining cheese blend and stir until creamy.
Pour the Béchamel over all the cauliflower, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min, then remove foil, to brown the cheese, and bake 10 min, or until slightly less than brown.
Don’t over bake, it’s best when you still have the crunch of the cauliflower!
