Ingredients

80 grams Natures Eats Blanched Almond Flour (Net Carbs)
1 egg Great Value Large White Egg
6 oz Great Value Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
45 grams Philadelphia Cream Cheese Original
    1 tsp baking powder
Seasoning to add in if desired.

Directions

Put your cream cheese and Mozzarella in a bowl and soften. About 40-50 seconds in the microwave should do. The cheese doesnt need to be bubbling, but melted. Mix the two together well. Add the almond flower, egg (beaten), and 1 tsp of baking power (didnt include in nutritional breakdown as it has no calories or carbs etc). You can also add some seasoning (I added some basil and oregano and garlic powder).
Mix all ingredients together well and form a "dough ball". Leave to completely cool or place in the freezer for about 30 min. If you work with the dough wet, it is too sticky.
Next, preheat your oven to 425 F. Separate the dough ball into 6 equal parts. You can roll them in your hand and shape in the bagel shape, or you can use a bagel/donut pan if you have it. I used my hands and shaped them. Place them on a parchment lined cookie sheet. You can add seasoning/topping to the top at this point, sprinkle it on and then slightly push down on it to make sure it adheres to the bagel. Bake 10-13 min (or until golden brown).
Bagel can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. Bagels can also be frozen, but I would suggest cutting them before freezing them.
