Ingredients

    2 C water
    1 C Old Fashioned Oat Meal
    1 tsp packed brown sugar
    1 dash salt
    1 tbsp wheat germ
    several dashes cinnamon
    1 mini box raisins

Directions

Bring water and oatmeal to a boil, stir, add all other ingredients, simmer for a couple minutes. Makes two servings. Eat one for breakfast and one for lunch for easy calorie control.
