Crustless cheesecake that is low in carbs and sugars! Crustless cheesecake that is low in carbs and sugars!

    24 oz *Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat (NOT Light) Cream Cheese
    .33 cup Stevia Extract Baking Blend w/ REB A (by RONNIE0A)
    .75 cup Egg Beater, Liquid Egg Substitute
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice


Soften three 8 oz packages of 1/3 less fat cream cheese. Mix with 3/4 cup Egg Beaters, 1/3 cup Stevia baking mix, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 Tbs lemon juice. Pour into prepared springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes or done. Cool 0n counter and then in fridge until cool and set. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Serve plain or with fruit or nuts (not counted in nutrition information).
