    1 1/2 scoops Nature's Plus Protein Shake
    1 package Mori-nu silken lite tofu
    1 packet Knox gelatin
    Juice of 2 large key limes
    vanilla extract (optional).


1.) Puree tofu and lime juice in a blender until smoothe
2.) Boil about 1/3 C water; add to 1 packet of Knox gelatin and dissolve; quickly add to tofu mixture in blender and mix
3.) Add stevia, honey and vanilla to taste
4.) Makes six servings; pour into individual cups, fill a pie crust, do whatever your heart desires,
5.) and let chill in refridgerator for about 30 minutes
