Directions
First step is to cook your Pork Chops. You can do this however you like. I prefer to bake them. You'll want to slice up your Pork Loin.
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl mix together Mrs. Dash, 1 tsp. pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Season all sides of the pork chop with this mix. Place seasoned pork chops onto the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F
In a large bowl combine soup, milk, sour cream, and pepper. Stir in hash browns and 1/2 cup cheese. Spread into greased baking dish. Arrange chops on top. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle rest of cheese and bake until potatoes are tender.
