    6 large Scrambled Egg
    4 oz chorizo sausage
    0.50 cup Four Cheese Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese
    9 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce
    10 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g


Break up chorizo into a heated skillet, sauté until almost done, add scrambled eggs and mix while cooking. Once eggs are set, remove from heat.
Warm 10 tortillas in a skillet, no oil needed.
Evenly distribute the egg / chorizo mixture to the tortillas, add cheese and Cholula to taste, roll into burrito. You can add spinach at the end of the scramble to up your veggie intake.
I make a batch on Sundays, then wrap them securely in foil, label and freeze them. They freeze well and reheat easily in the microwave. remove foil first ;c)

This batch lasts me about 2 weeks. I grab one frozen in the morning and by the time I get to the office it is thawed, them a quick trip to the microwave and I have a warm yummy breakfast.
