    2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 1/2 lb chicken breast, boneless & skinless, cut into small 1/2-inch cubes
    3 tbsp Honey
    3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


Serve over rice. Be careful not to overcook the chicken since the pieces are small. But the sauce is so good, it will not matter if the chicken is a little overdone.


Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken to the skillet and brown on one side, about 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the glaze. Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper in a small bowl until well combined.

Add the sauce to the chicken and toss to coat the chicken pieces. Cook until chicken is cooked through, 4-5 more minutes.
