Introduction

This smoothie will keep you full and satisfied for hours. Starting my day off with 2 full servings of veggies, protein, and fiber makes my day. I promise you can't taste the zucchini, the chocolate hides the taste but the zucchini is what makes this shake so creamy. This smoothie will keep you full and satisfied for hours. Ingredients

    1 large Zucchini (300 grams)
1 tablespoon Cocoa, unsweetened (8 grams)
1 scoop Slimfast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie (278 grams)
    4 teaspoons Benefiber (7.6 grams)
    1 cup Ice pellets (sonic)

Tips

A Blendtech or Vitamix blender works best for this recipe. You really want the power to completely liquefy the zucchini and crush the ice. When using the correct blender and pellet ice (soft crunchy ice - think sonic ice) This ends up like a creamy milkshake with none of the consequences and extra benefits.

Directions

Do not peel, but wash and cut the ends off the zucchini, then place in the blender.

Puree until smooth and no chunks or bits remain (you may have to add a little cold water if the zucchini doesn't have enough liquid to it).

Add the cocoa powder, Benefiber and Slimfast powder.

Blend until all is incorporated.

Add the ice pellets and blend until you get a thick, creamy, cold smoothie.
