    0.25 cup Silk cashew milk unsweetened
    3 serving Allmax Hexapro Chocolate
    .5 cup Greek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat

Tips

Drained and rinsed black beans can be used if fat-free refried black beans are not available. You will need to use more beans and cashew or almond milk to offset the dryness of the beans, but they can be processed in a food processor with the yogurt to blend them into a paste.


Directions

Bake at 350f for the following:
18-22 minutes for mini-muffins
