Number of Servings: 4


    1 Brocolli crown, break into bite sized pieces
    1/2 Yellow Pepper, chopped
    2 pieces shallots, chopped
    1 large yellow squash, cubed
    10 whole baby carrots
    2 large stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 package Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix (dry)
    4 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Place vegetables in Ziploc Steam Bag. Sprinkle dry dressing mix with veggies in bag. Microwave full-power 3-4 min. Pour into bowl, drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Makes 4 servings.

Alternates: Feel free to substitute vegetables. You can also cook this on the grill, just use heavy foil rather than steam bag. Place on indirect heat. You may need to cook 5-7 min on grill.
