    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 oz silva lenguica portuguese sausage (by CCURIEL5827)
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    6 Tortilla Taco Loco Tortilla Shell
    4 serving RICE - Dynasty Jasmine Rice 1/2 cup cooked

Tips

Easy to make ahead of time and freeze. Could also make vegitarien or lactose free by leaving off meat and cheese.


Directions

cook it all? heat up sausage and rice. Toss in some EVOO and eggs. When eggs are cooked put on tortilla shell and top with cheese. eat
