    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 serving Cheese, Kraft Deli Deluxe 2% Milk American Cheese, 1 slice
    1.0 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved


Cook the egg in a mug with salt and pepper to taste. Separate English muffin, place cheese, bacon and egg. Wrap in damp paper towel, then wrap in parchment paper. Place in freezer in a freezer safe bag. Reheat for 1 minute on full power (cooking time varies per microwave) and enjoy.
