Ingredients

    4 serving Stop & Shop Meatloaf Mix, Blend Ground Beef, Pork,Veal
    1 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese Grated
    1 cup Progresso Breadcrumbs Italian Style
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Pepper, black
    3 serving Egg-Large Brown Grade A
    0.25 tsp McCormick Garlic Powder (by CRTB06)
    0.25 tbsp Onion Powder McCormic
    2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

You can add a few cloves of Garlic sliced and placed into the frying pan while frying.


Directions

Place Meat,Cheese, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder,Breadcrumbs and Eggs into a medium mixing bowl and mix well, until all ingredients are mixed in and the bottom of the bowl is clean. Take hand-full Approx 3 oz of meat and roll between hands to make a ball. Should make approximately 11 3oz meatballs.

In a medium frying pan add 2 cups of extra virgin olive oil and let it heat up. Once oil is nice and hot add meatballs. Let meatballs brown on each side approximately 3 min each side, the remove and add them to the Sauce. See Neilís Italian Tomato Sauce Receipe.
