Ingredients

    236 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    79 gram(s) Peas - Sweet Peas GV Frozen
    120 grams Dill Pickles
    103 grams Hard Boiled Egg
    420 grams Baked Potato (baked potatoes)
    4.67 tbsp Hellmann's Olive Oil Mayo
    50 grams Lime Juice
    1 tsp Salt
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw

Directions

Boil the potatoes until they are cooked but not too soft.
Slice the onions and lay them at the bottom of a pot.
Add the chicken breast on top and add a cup of water, salt, and pepper to your liking and cook the chicken until done.
Cook the peas if not cooked already.
Chop everything to the size of peas and mix them with the mayo.
Add salt and lime juice to your liking.
You can have this as a side salad or as a sandwich.
If you are making a sandwich, add some tomato slices.
