Ingredients

    4 serving Cashew Nuts, Raw (1/4 cup)
    2 serving Bob's Red Mill Large flake Nutritional Yeast 1/4 cup (12g)
    1 cup Cashew Almond Milk Blend almond breeze: unsweetened
    1 cup Vegetable Broth
    1.25 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies

Directions

soak 1 cup raw cashews for a few hours or over night. drain. combine w/ the rest and blend in high speed blender (best) or food processor. add spices to taste. (I use salt, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, dehydrated and canned jalapeņo, etc.)

if using a high speed blender like Vitamix, continue blending until it's heated or finish simmering on stove to temp.

you can add a bit more cashew milk or veggie broth if you want It thinner ... the calories on each are super low.
