Introduction

Light fluffy banana goodness! Light fluffy banana goodness!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.50 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    2.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    0.5 tsp Salt
    16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable

Directions

Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
In a medium bowl whisk the milk, butter, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until moist. Fold in mashed banana.
Spray large wide skillet. Heat on medium-high.
Spoon 1/2 cup of batter onto skillet per pancake. Spread batter out to make 4-inch circles. Cook until both sides are lightly browned.
Serve w/ maple syrup and fruit (calculate additional calories, etc...)

Serving Size: Makes 10 pancakes
