    3.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2.0 1tsp Canola Oil
    5.0 dash Pepper, black
    3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    1.0 tbsp Ginger, ground
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    0.5 tsp red pepper flake
    2.0 Grams Corn Starch


Chicken: In wok or skillet, cook thawed and diced chicken breast with oil. When chicken is still raw, sprinkle with black pepper and a dash of ginger. Cook until golden brown. Sauce: In sauce pan, mix soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic powder and bring to a light boil. Add honey and brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Bring to a simmer and turn to low while chicken is cooking. Bring to a light boil again, and prepare the cornstarch (thickener. Make a mixture of cornstarch and cold water and stir until it is not lumpy. Add to the sauce little by little, until desired thickness.
