    32 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken
    88 gram(s) King Soba Organic 100% Buckwheat Noodles (by -POOKIE-)
    4 oz Trader Joe's Organic Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast
    2 tbsp tamari sauce, organic low sodium (by KELLYO25)
    1.5 cup Cabbage, napa
    .5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    6 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
    3 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce
    .25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    1.5 tsp Garlic powder


Slice cabbage, celery and broccoli and set aside. Peel fresh ginger and slice thinly a one-inch portion. Dice the slices. Pour broth into soup kettle, place on stove on medium heat. Add diced, cooked chicken breast and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Turn back down to medium heat and add soba noodles. Boil gently for 7 minutes. Lower stove to simmer. Add chili sauce, garlic powder and pepper flakes. Simmer 10 minutes, then serve. I garnish with finely sliced chives.
