    .375 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.125 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour

    3.5 serving signature farms pepperoni (15 slices) (by JANUARYZ)
    2 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork
    100 grams Mushrooms, canned
    57 gram(s) Black Pearl Sliced Black Olives
    1.75 cup Meijer Pizza Sauce (by NANCYSPUFFER)
    2.25 cup Dairy - Cheese - Lucerne Shredded Mozzarella (2% Milk, Reduced Fat) (by OO7GENIE)

In a small bowl dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Let sit until foamy.
In the bowl of stand mixer, combine flour and salt. Add liquid and attach dough hook. run mixer on lowest setting until dough forms into a ball. On a floured surface, roll dough into an 18 inch circle. Pierce generously with fork. Place on an 18 inch pizza pan. Bake at 450 F for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly before beginning to prepare pizza.

Brown Italian sausage. Drain fat.
Spread pizza sauce and 4 ounces of mozzarella. add meat and vegetable ingredients evenly on pizza. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over pizza. Season with garlic powder and Italian season to taste. Bake at 450F. for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown on bottom, and cheese just begins to brown.
