Ingredients

2.5 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
.5 tsp Baking Soda
.5 tsp Salt
1 cup Butter, salted
.66 cup Granulated Sugar
.66 cup, packed Brown Sugar
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 tbsp Hersheys Semisweet mini chocolate chips (by WHOLY_FIT_48)
Tips
You can freeze rolled dough. Pull out 45 minutes to thaw on the counter then bake away.
Directions
Heat the oven to 350F.
Melt the butter, set aside.
Mix together the flour, powder, soda and salt then set aside.
Measure together both sugars and pour into separate bowl then mix in the melted butter very well.
Follow with egg and vanilla and finally the chips
Scoop each out with a level tbsp. then roll into balls. I just do all at once so all is done within minutes and all that's left is bake and hoover.
Bake 8 - 11 minutes. Cool on wire racks ... or not.
