Ingredients

    Fat removed-sliced beef steak,
    sliced carrots, sliced green peppers, sliced onions, sliced garlic.
    350 ml of honey garlic sauce,
    olive oil

Directions

heat olive oil in fry pan and cook sliced meat until cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
Fry carrots, green peppers, onions and garlic for a few minutes then add honey garlic sauce, coked beef and simmer for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
Serve over a bed of rice.
