Introduction

Ingredients

    .75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    4 tbsp Sour Cream
    .5 serving Garlic, minced in jar (1/2 tsp= 1 clove) (by DIRTYLAWNGUY)
    .25 cup Low fat cream cheese
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    .33 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    3 serving Chicken, Tyson Grilled & Ready Oven Roasted Chunk White Chicken (canned, 2 oz serving size) (by HIPPO2HAPPY)
    3 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)

Directions

In a medium saucepan add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted.

Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth. Add the grated parmesan cheese.

Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Toss it with your favorite pasta!
