    10 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (uncooked)
    2.5 cup Hunt's Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce
    1.5 cup HCF Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1 small Onions, raw - chopped
    1 tsp. Garlic, minced in jar
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Basil
    6 jumbo Black Olives - sliced
    2.5 Cup Rigatoni Noodles (Bella Toscana Brand)


Sprinkle with Crushed Red Pepper before Serving


Cut raw boneless chicken breast into chunks & place in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat with appx. 1/4 Cup water (in place of oil or butter). Cook & stir appx. 5 to 6 minutes until no longer pink. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, Basil and black pepper. Cook & stir about 1 to 2 minutes (adding a little more water if needed - you don't want the chicken to get dry in the pan, but you don't want water sitting in the bottom of the pan either). Once water is absorbed, stir in pasta sauce and simmer on med-low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.

Add sliced olives to chicken and pasta sauce mix; cook & stir 1 to 2 minutes.

Drain Pasta and add to pasta sauce mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Top with Mozzarella cheese and simmer, covered on low until cheese is melted on top.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings (1.25 Cup)
