Ingredients

    2 cup, sliced Zucchini
    2 cup Squash - Yellow Crookneck, sliced
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

Directions

Toss sliced squash in a bowl. Add oil and seasonings and toss to mix well. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with foil and roast in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, or a 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
