Ingredients

    2 Cans Hill Country Fare Chunk Light Tuna in Water - Drained
    2 Large Eggs
    2 Tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    3 TBSP Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 Cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    3 TBSP Diced Raw Onion
    1 Tsp Garlic powder
    1 Tsp Onion powder
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1/4 Tsp Celery Salt

Tips

Refrigerate the patties for a few hours so that they hold together better when frying.


Directions

Beat eggs and lemon juice in a bowl; stir in Parmesan cheese, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Celery Salt and bread crumbs to make a paste. Fold in tuna and onion until well-mixed. Shape tuna mixture into Six 1/2 inch-thick patties. Season with a Dash or Black Pepper & Salt to each patty.

Heat Olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry patties until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.

Serving Size: Makes 6 ( 1/2" patties)
