Ingredients

    2 lbs diced potatoes
    1/2 tsp mrs. dash garlic herb seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp dill weed
    1 tbsp olive oil
    sprinkle with black pepper if desired.

Directions

4 8 oz servings.
dice potatoes, add ingredients in a baggie or sealed container and mix or shake well.
bake in 400 degree oven 30-45 minutes.
On a greased cookie sheet.
