    10 oz Wild Planet Wild Albacore Tuna, no salt
    5 tbsp Avacado oil mayo - chosen foods
    4 oz Galbani Low Moisture Parts Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    .25 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Ground Cayanne Pepper (by SIRCHRISRR)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, 1/4 cup cheese, salt, pepper and cayenne.
Transfer the mixture to a small, 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top.
Bake until hot, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately, with cut-up veggies.
