    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 egg white
    1 package of frozen chopped spinach, drained well


mix everything together, put in meatloaf pan, cook at 375 for 45 min or until cooked all the way through
