Introduction
My creation---I love pizza and wanted to see if I could make a better crust. My creation---I love pizza and wanted to see if I could make a better crust.Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-
One 12.5 oz Great Value - Canned - Chunk Chicken Breast In Water
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 tbsp Mayonaise
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp oat fiber
1 Tsp Yeast
Directions
Mix everything together in a bowl. Spread out onto a baking sheet pan or pizza pan if you have one. I use parchment paper so that it is easier to handle and flip. I suggest you do too.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Put "dough" onto a baking sheet. I add seasonings like Italian (but you can add parmesan and garlic too). I cannot add due to my daughter's allergies. Bake for about 15 mins. Flip over and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes. The crust should appear golden but not burned. Once it's done I flipped my crust back over and then added sauce and the cheese.
Bake an additional 15 minutes but be sure to check so it doesn't burn as oven temps may fluctuate.
Serving Size: Cut pizza into 8 equal servings
