Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 serving old el paso low sodium taco seasoning 2tsp serving (by PLATINUMCIN)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    1.75 serving Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans
    1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh
    0.25 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    .5 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)

Directions

Cook turkey onion and seasoning till cooked through. Add diced tomatoes, sauce and corn and black beans and brown rice. Simmer out liquid. Serve on whole wheat wrap.
