Ingredients

    1 cup Coconut Flakes, unsweetened Bob's Red Mill
    1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
    3/4 cup Almonds - sliced
    1 tbsp Coconut Flour - Bob's Red Mill (by PURPLEPIECAT)
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Apriva, granulated (sucralose) (by GREATNANA)
    .5 cup Butter, unsalted
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 serving Cocoa nibs - 1/8 cup (1 oz) (by PHEBESS)

Directions

soften butter. mix all together until thoroughly blended. You can use processor on the coconut flakes and almonds but I didn't and like that texture better.
Roll about 1 inch ball, flatten slightly. Bake on parchment for 15 minutes at 325F. Cool in pan
