    1 Tablespoon Mrs Dash Table Blend
    12 ounces Boneless-Skinless Chicken
    1/2 Cup Water


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken into 4-3 ounce pieces. It the bottom of a baking dish sprinkle half of the Mrs. Dash. Place the chicken on top of the seasoning and sprinkle the remaining seasoning over the chicken. Add 1/2 cup of water. Place in oven to bake for 1 hour.
