Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tsp orange zest
    2 cup Kirkland Superfine California Blanched Almond Flour
    .5 stick Butter, salted
    4 tbsp Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese, plain
    3/4 cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (by ELLISONDARLING)
    0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER)
    0.5 tsp Orange Extract (by SCIGALMARY)
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    4 tbsp Lily's dark chocolate baking chips (by RUTHANNEROMERO)
    .33 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

-Mix almond flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
-Cream butter, cream cheese and sweetener in a large bowl until
creamy.
-Add orange zest and extract and mix well.
-Add flour mixture in thirds until well combined.
-Once you have a stiff cookie dough, use a cookie scoop to bake
balls about 1". Flatten slightly with your hand or a glass.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes. (Rotate the tray half way
through).
-Transfer to a rack to cool.
-Melt chocolate chips and butter in a glass bowl in a microwave or
double boiler. Drizzle over cooled cookies.

Serving Size: makes 27 cookies
