Introduction

I baked these in a mini muffin pan. They rose nicely and looked like little cup cakes. I'm serving with strawberries crushed up with a smidge of sugar added. I baked these in a mini muffin pan. Ingredients

    2 1/3 c Bisquick, original
    1/2 c milk (1%)
    3 Tbsp butter, melted
    3 Tbsp sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Spray mini muffin pan to prevent sticking. Combine ingredients to form soft dough, adjusting milk and Bisquick, if necessary. Spoon dough evenly into muffin pan. Bake 12 minutes at 375. Makes 24 shortcakes.
