    299 grams%20 Sea Quest wild pacific cod fillets
    45 grams Butter, salted
    60 gram(s) Carnation Extra Thick Cream (283gcan) (by -POOKIE-) or could substitute soft cheese/sour cream (this would change the nutritional info)
    75 grams Cheddar Cheese

Tips

Normally this recipe has onions, milk and flour - to make it keto, I substituted the thick cream - you could also try it with soft cheese or sour cream


Directions

boil frozen cod in salted water for 10 minutes
in oven safe casserole dish, mix 3 tbsp melted salted butter and 4 tbsp (60g) carnation thick cream
add the boiled cod to the dish
cover with 75g shredded cheddar
bake in the oven for 20 minutes
