Ingredients

    4.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    4.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    0.5 cup Sour Cream
    1/2 cup Mayonnaise, (mayo)
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Onion powder
    0.25 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 stick melted butter

Directions

Brown and crumble ground beef. Chop cabbage and boil to desired tenderness. In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients. Layer ground beef on bottom of casserole. Layer boiled cabbage next (raw cabbage if you want a crunchy). Pour sauce inover cabbage and ground beef. Bake in pre heated oven for 30 minutes, on 350F.
