2 flour tortillas, low-carb variety
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 ripe tomato, sliced or diced
1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded or chopped
dash black pepper
Directions
Pile half the avocado, tomato, and lettuce onto the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle a dash of black pepper on each. Roll up the tortillas, taking care not to spill the filling. Serve immediately or wrap in cling wrap to save for later. Share with your Spark buddy and enjoy!
