1. Soak chia seeds in a bowl with half cup water for 1 hour. 2. Pour chia seeds in a glass pitcher with the ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate. 3. Optional: lemon and cucumber slices. 4. Consume 8oz. in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleeping.
