5.0 serving Equal Gold - No Calorie Sweetener
2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
30.0 gram Trader Joe's Organic Chia Seed
Directions
1. Soak chia seeds in a bowl with half cup water for 1 hour.
2. Pour chia seeds in a glass pitcher with the ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate.
3. Optional: lemon and cucumber slices.
4. Consume 8oz. in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleeping.
